沈彬,男,1985年生,2008年获得兰州大学理学学士学位,2014年获得南京大学理学博士学位。现任南京医科大学生殖医学国家重点实验室研究员、南京医科大学特聘教授、博士生导师。获得2016年江苏省杰出青年基金和2017年国家优秀青年基金。致力于RNA表观修饰在配子发生过程中的生物学功能的研究,结合小鼠敲除模型,利用高通量测序、蛋白质组学技术与生物信息学,解析RNA表观修饰在配子发生过程中的调控网络;以及利用基因编辑技术,进行基因编辑和治疗。以第一作者/通讯作者在Cell 、Nature Methods等杂志发表论文20余篇,获得国家发明专利两项。
