王美林，现任南京医科大学人事处处长，公共卫生学院教授，博士研究生导师。教育部国家重大人才工程特聘教授，国家优秀青年科学基金获得者，主要从事环境暴露致复杂疾病的人群及机制研究。曾在美国Wake Forest 大学和Duke 大学从事博士后和访问学者工作。近年来研究成果先后发表在Nat Commun、Cell Rep Med、Genome Med、Nucleic Acids Res、Environ Int和Environ Sci Technol等期刊上。获国家自然科学基金优青项目1项，主持国家自然科学基金面上4项、青年基金项目1项，江苏省杰青项目1项，作为主要成员参与国家重点研发计划2项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项。获教育部高校自然科学二等奖、中华医学科技奖二等奖、江苏省科学技术奖一等奖、教育部霍英东青年教师奖等奖励。
