顾亚云2013-2018年南京医科大学预防医学流行病学硕博连读。2018年至2022年于南京医科大学生殖医学与子代健康全国重点实验室进行博士后研究工作。2022年起以副教授留任。主要研究领域是利用系统流行病学方法整合全基因组测序、小鼠/类器官模型、高通量点突变评价技术如单细胞MPRA技术等系统鉴定生殖相关疾病的遗传和环境病因并解析其分子机制。
